Post pregnancy pictures for women who had stomach tattoos?

I have been looking all over for a website that shows pictures of women who have tattoos on their belly, abdomen, upper hip etc. I want to see how many women have had their tattoos deformed or they’re fine. I have a really meaningful tattoo that I don’t want messed up, but that’s not gonna stop me from having a child. I’m just wondering.

everyone is different, some people can go through pregnancy without hurting their tattoos… others end up with stretch marks ruining the image.

You won’t know how you’ll turn out until it happens.

I don’t have pictures sorry, but my cousin has a ring of dolphins tattooed around her naval, then she got pregnant. safe to say they don’t look like dolphins anymore…

But it really depends on your body type, and post partum recovery.

I dont think the tattoo will be deformed but it depends how much weight you keep on after the pregnancy – if you can get back to your normal weight it will look fine :)

Be sure to click on them to see them better. Some are piercings though. I think it all depends on the person and that everyone is different.

though most are right in that everyone is different, there are ways you can dramatically reduce any damage that may come from pregnancy. The big BIG one is vitamin E, get your hands on some vitamin e oil and use it constantly on your tattoo. It will still stretch of course during pregnancy, as it is a part of your skin, but it will also greatly increase the elasticity of your skin and help your tattoed skin back to its original form. I would also just advice that you go to your artist and ask them. I promise you that they will give you plenty of awesome advice to keep your tattoo looking good. And just remember, if worse comes to worse, a good artist can work miracles with touch ups.
